Oregon Center for Public Policy

The Oregon Center for Public Policy (OCPP) is a progressive research organization that provides fast, accurate, credible, and independent policy analysis on fiscal and public policy issues important to low- and moderate-income Oregonians. The OCPP has raised issues of income inequality and low income tax burdens and informed the public debates about welfare reform, poverty, hunger, the economy, and budget priorities. The Oregon Center for Public Policy enjoys a broad-based constituency that includes a variety of community organizing groups, social service agencies (such as the Oregon Food Bank), policy advocates, legal services, organized labor, policy makers, and political activists.
